Opel Astra OPC is available in two chassis versions 3-door hatchback and combi (caravan). This car is for those that like high levels of adrenaline. It can ensure similar experiences as sport cars but one does not have to spend as much.

Opel Astra OPC is almost a serial car, which was appropriately modified to give it a unique character and style. First of all the visual side of the exterior was changed - different front bumper with a large air intake in the bottom, side strips, side and back spoilers. Better performance meant lowering of the suspension - front (20 mm) and back (10 mm). Also 17-ich rims with 215/40 tires are not possible to overlook.

Also the interior received some changes. Air conditioning and Recaro leather seats were installed. 4 air bags and active headrest are part of the standard options. Most interesting modifications are hidden under the car’s hood. The previous version of Astra OPC was powered by a 160 hp 2.0L engine. Now it is the sane 2.oL Ecotec engine with max power increased to 200 hp thanks to the installed turbocharger, and max torque of 250 Nm reched at 1950 r.p.m. Such values can allow for great accellaration. Opel Astra OPC in the 3-door version requires only 7,5 seconds to reach 100 km/h and its max speed is 240 km/h. The combi version is slightly slower and needs 7,8 and has max speed of 231 km/h. Such performance does not necessarily require high fuel consumption - combi version: 9,1 l/100 km, hatchback: 8,9 l/100 km.

Also the safety of the adrenaline craving driver was looked after in the OPEL Astra OPC. Front and rear disc breaks are ventilated. Also ABS, TC Plus and specially fitted ESP is available.
