Opel Astra II
Although Opel Astra III is currently available, Astra II has still not lost much of its popularity. One of the reasons for this situation is very high robustness and reliability of the model. It is as if it was specially designed for our tough roads. Due to this Opel Astra II is very often used by different institutions as a company car.
The designers of Opel Astra II were given to goals. First concerned improvement of reliability of the car, and the second its looks. How the engineers coped with the second problem we can see on the roads – making the Astra more like the Vectra they improved the look of the Astra.
Comparing Opel Astra II with its predecessor Opel Astra I we can notice a many changes. The car was widened by 10 cm becoming more spacious. Opel Astra II has also a more solid construction and better quality finish of the interior.
